AIRPORT

The primary airport serving Paris is Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Once you complete your registration, a member of our travel team will assist you in securing your travel. Please do not book tickets on your own.

If you are participating in a pre- or post-trip, please confirm those arrangements before finalizing your flight bookings to avoid any potential change fees you may incur.

AIRLINE TICKETS

You and your guest will receive roundtrip tickets from your home city to the Charles de Gaulle (CDG) based on Nations Roof’s Travel and Expense Policy.  Please do not purchase tickets on your own as they will be managed directly through Nations Roof’s designated travel provider. This ensures seamless coordination of your arrival and departure ground transportation.

The scheduled program dates for the Nations Roof Inner Circle Incentive are Sunday, March 29 through Friday, April 3, 2026. Unless you are planning to extend your trip, your travel will be booked to arrive in Paris on March 29, which means you will depart your home city the evening of March 28.  Your return flight from Paris may depart at any time on April 3 as there are no scheduled activities.

 

STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR AIR TRAVEL

  • Do not book travel directly. Simply complete the flight requests on the registration page of this website for both you and your guest.

  • Make sure to have both you and your guest’s passports handy as you are required to enter the details and upload a photocopy of both passports at the time of registration.

  • Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a proposed itinerary for you and your guest based on your registration information from groups@uniglobevip.com.

  • Review the proposed flight itinerary immediately and reply to the Nations Roof Inner Circle air travel department within twenty-four (24) hours to accept and confirm the itinerary or to make any changes. Your flight cannot be finalized and ticketed until you have replied and accepted your itinerary and the itinerary of your guest. 

  • If approval of the itinerary is delayed, it could cause an increase in airfare.  

  • Remember to carefully double-check the following for accuracy for you and your guest: 1) correct name as shown on your legal document such as a passport 2) travel dates and 3) city of departure. 

  • Respond to the email with your approval or requested modifications. 

  • Once you approve your travel, you will receive your final electronic ticket confirmation itinerary that will include your airline record locator number from groups@uniglobevip.com.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We will work to accommodate your preferred airline, though the most cost-effective rates could be on alternate carriers. 

  • In the event you would like to upgrade your class of ticket, you may do so at your own expense.

  • Please note, we will work to secure pre-assigned seats in advance for all passengers during the ticketing process. In the event we are unable to secure seats, please contact NationsRoof@Etherio.com so that we may purchase available seats in your approved cabin prior to your departure date.

  • Reminder, your valid passport’s expiration date has a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of arrival to Paris, France.

 

Occasionally, airlines make unannounced schedule or equipment changes, so we recommend you download the airline app for the most up-to-date schedule prior to travel.  You can view your itinerary and seat assignments via the airline app or online 24/7.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at the airport, and after clearing customs/immigration and baggage claim, you will be met by a transportation staff representative who will assist you and escort you to awaiting transportation. It is a 30-minute transfer to the hotel.

 

AIRPORT DEPARTURE

Hotel checkout time is 12:00 PM. Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided and a detailed departure notice will be provided prior to the departure date that will give you information on your pickup time and the departure process.
